Do you know of any EPS or Ernie ball style flat 1/4” jacks that you can wire yourself? I have tried the Squareplug and some brand off Amazon but they actually were a lot bigger than the EPS and Ernie ball versions.

I think the ones you can solder yourself are all going to have relatively thick connectors - even the 90* connectors. I wouldn't trust the smaller 'push-n-twist' Lava style cables for anything. I ended up dropping the coin on these for my main pedalboard and grabbed 3 shorties for my small practice board where the few stomps are daisy-chained. And I have never looked back. Super slim, super quite, great signal.
