My daughter’s field hockey team was eliminated. Would have been cool to go to the national championship game. I’m not naming her school for privacy reasons, but it’s listed in the below bracket.

I think UNC will win it all (again).

2025 my daughters team made it to the final 16 but lost. So close again. We wanted Princeton to win since she was with the Princeton club team for like 5 years. They churn out D1 players...

They should be proud! Losing hurts, but to make to that level is amazing. It won't stop the sting of wanting to win it all but...

She is proud they made it that far two years in a row and her second conference championship. At her level it comes down to a simple mistake which creates a penalty corner shot. It's how her team lost and how Northwestern beat Princeton.

I'd say one interesting thing is most of these girls know each other from high school and club teams.
