Mike...I'm really happy that you made this move with Randall. SMART...And good for all parties in my opinion. I know that some "boutique" amp designers, and even a few of us tone cork-sniffers (I am guilty as well...Owning several, high-end boutique amps) may frown on this maneuver...BUT: Providing high quality (maybe not hand wired) manufacturing, boutique style tone and features at a price that is offered at a competitive "mas produced" retail price-point...IS A GREAT THING!!! Congrats!!! Just my opinion.
