This is what I have been using straight into the front of the amp for rehearsal, but would not hesitate taking it out to a gig. Had a Carbon Copy on there, but added the mini AD-9 and also a mini Tube Screamer (not pictured), A lot of different options for boosting to be had here.

I know I need to get a towel under there for best tone seeing it's a wood floor and all, but thought I'd try get the thread back on track. Forgive me.

That's not a "blue towel"... It's a facade for the "crystal lattice" contained therein.

A very overlooked SD-1 did the trick (thanks to this thread). 85 800 stock with SD-1. CAE wah. Warm up gig. No blue towel...
