Soldano Decatone?

I never hear much about these amps......so what's the scoop?

I owned two decatones. They are good amps...somewhat hampered by the shared eq on all three channels. The second and third channels sound close to the slo only maybe a bit more aggrssive/not as smooth or compressed. I felt the clean was not very clear on them. Other than that they rock and do not have to be cranked super loud to sound good.

I realy like ch 1 + 2, a better crunch tone than the Slo, but once past mid gain lacks the mojo of the SLO. The perfect Soldano for me would have ch 1+ 2 of the Decatone and the OD channel of the SLO.

i got one for a while now and its one of the best amps ive played, traded my engl se for this amp and never regretted it.
Dont know about the slo but i love all 3 channels.
