Something I noticed on a MONSTER instrument cable I just got

Well it's definitely not BS if the reason for directional cables is a grounded shield. Open up any amp with coax signal cables. There's a reason the coaxial's shield is only grounded at one end...

i'm glad someone else said this, because i've always had that in the back of my head as well.
they do feel tighter than any other brand when you plug them into something.

I've never had this problem...just that they break all the time, and getting a replacement is a PITA at best.
