Long story short, Keith purchased a Bogner Ecstasy Classic from me which was delayed for 2 weeks by customs and apparently bounced around a few times as well. Packing job kept the amp in overall safe condition but the extra boucing around from customs caused 3/4 power tubes to un-seat from their sockets and break. Keith worked with me and kept me updated through all the customs confusion and on a solution to help him with the cost of some new tubes. Great communication, Great attitude and just an all around great guy to deal with. Highly recommended. Thanks again Keith!
