Plenty of chorus sounds on the Timefactor! I recently took my chorus pedal off my board as it could all be done in TF for the very few songs I use chorus on......

Neunaber Chroma stereo chorus is the best I've tried.

I agree...i love this pedal. At least watch a demo of it before you buy anything else.

That's true  I ran a few months this way before I found that I prefer choruses in front of the amp.

I feel confident saying that my old Boss CE-2 MIJ sounds better than any of them. The only problem is it's mono so no good in a stereo setup.

Just use another stereo pedal to split the signal, then after the split insert the CE-2, leading to one amp. The other split to the 2nd amp stays dry.

If you can find one: Ibanez RC99 or the earlier mentioned Fromel chorus which has it's origins in the old Boss Dimension C pedal.

Hey all, I'm looking for a stereo chorus pedal. I have tried a few and while they all sounded really good, they all seem to have a lot of white noise to them. Ibanez CS-9, Red Witch, EH Stereo Mistress, original MXR, etc.
I have yet to find a quiet one. Any suggestions? Will it require spending some big bucks to avoid the white noise??

Thanks!

I am surprised you are having so many noise issues. Only Chorus from you list I have tried, was an original Ibanez CS-9 and I don't remember it being noisy. I currently use a Maxon CS-9pro and really like it, but I rarely use Chorus in general.

Keep in mind with chorus pedals that I find more so than other effects, there is a lot of variation on opinion as to what sounds good. Also, I would ask people to confirm if they are running the chorus pedals up front or in the loop. For me I prefer the loop, only reason I am running my CS-9pro up front is cause its on the pedal board for amps without an effects loop.
