Just walked in the door about an hour ago with my brand spanking new Suhr Modern

Has a basswood with roasted maple neck and Indian rosewood board.

Color is Inferno-Burst

Really nice guitar, actually unbelievable guitar, much much better than I thought a Suhr would ever be.

Well for a $4100 it should leave you pretty darn speechless IMO.

hngd! how are you liking the marshall 210h?

Honestly, it have had one of my JVM 210 H's for over 3 1/2 years... love it. Orange channel with a boost is amazing.

Cool man! Nice choice of specs. Looks like they did a perfect book-matching of the body, too.

Beautiful guitar! Those are pretty much the exact specs that I like. My next Suhr will be a modern with those specs. I think the roasted maple neck is a must to ensure minimum neck movement. How are you liking the maple and basswood combo?

It is very smooth...

I'm glad you're loving it because I just ordered a Custom Modern with almost IDENTICAL specs, down to the same neck radius and thickness. The only difference is I went with Pau Ferro on the fretboard vs. Indian Rosewood but besides that, it's identical. What type of music are ya playing with it? Looks PHENOMENAL by the way

Edit: Hey one more question. Do you get those pics sent to you from Suhr when the guitar is completed? The ones with the background in super high res? If so, that's AWESOME. My camera is just my phone and I'd really like to have some high detail pics when my guitar is done :)

WOW!
That's gorgeous!
Hope she plays as well as she looks...congrats!

Wow, congrats !

Tomorrow I am going to be doing the exact same thing. Guitar will be held at my local Fedex location (Carvetop Standard)... can't wait.

The inferno burst if awesome.

That one and the Lava drip are the two...

That is a great job on the matching of the grain patterns there. Right below the tail the grain makes a cool arc.

My custom standard has the Birdseye roasted maple neck. Multiple years in, it is still perfect. Suhr is a great guitar. If you ever want a tele, theirs is phenomenal, as one would expect.
