it's nice to see those axes together. it's not important if it was a smart purchase. if the buyer is happy, then it's worth it.

a collectible wine bottle has the disadvantage of becoming useless if you have a little sip of it. a collectible suhr (which might not be a 58 les paul, but IS a collectible nevertheless), will take some fiddlin' without loosing it's value, and will keep it's owner happy.

what's the big deal?

I gotta agree there and almost said the same. 99% of the guitarists I've met have been neurotic, twitchy, skinny (ok, now that they're older they're fat :lol: :LOL: ), little guys who fold at the slightest hint of criticism and coincidentally are their own worst critics. The better the player, the more neurotic and self-doubting... They all seem to like titties and beer though and most curse like sailors...
