Hi Diezel-Guys,

sorry for my bad english ...
I have a Einstein 50W (what a great amp  ) with a Diezel 4x12 V30s FL Cab. Tomorrow i can test another FL Cab with G12K100.
Can i switch both Cabs together (Stereo-splitted?) on the Einstein to hear the Mix with 2 V30's and 2 G12K's?
Which speakerjacks i have to use for that? 8 or 16 Ohms?

I hope, u guys can help me ...

Thanks,
grooveminister

PS: to Peter – nice greetings from "frankonia"

Hello Mr. Grooveminister,

Yes, you can hook up 2 cabs to your Einstein. Assuming both cabs are Diezel Cabs they are each 8 Ohm. Connect both of these cabs to the 4 Ohm jacks and you are fine.

Please note that this is NOT Stereo operation. It is 1 power amp signal going into 2 cabinets.

Kind regards, Jens Kruse

Hello Jens,

thanks for your reply :) . I know there is only one mono-signal from the amp.
I wanna hook up 2 "half" Cabs (2x12 V30 + 2x12 GK12100) to hear
both Celestions like they are mounted in one Cab ... if possible?

regards

That's no problem. Just plug a (floating) cord in the second input of both cabs to set them to stereo operation. Each side now has a impedance of 16 ohm. Then plug the amp into the remaining input of each cab.

I hope that helps.
