A-Bone is a great guy. I am on another private board with him and I can't say enough good things about him.

He might come off as smug but he isn't, it's just the way Ahe talks. He is a University lecturer (maybe even a prof, I'm not sure), and sometimes he doesn't turn off the academic A-Bone and just be A-Bone the regular guy.

I don't really mind James T Kirk, he's at least somewhat cordial, enjoys the blues, and knows how to be social, but JD has issues even talking with other democrats. He's like one of those dudes who never caught a punch to the nose for the stupid way he acts so he's 12 going on 40 and still shoots his mouth off like a pre teen.

Nothing wrong with that but it's too damn hot here to just drink water, tea, coffee, sports drinks etc....by the end of a week of outdoor labor the only thing that takes the edge off for me is an ice cold beer.

I had a nice Cuban* Romeo and Juliet #2 today on the course. I played horribly though. Why? I've been hitting the range big time, like 2 hours a day for 4 days straight and I'm sore and tired as fuck. I just didn't have anything left today. Lesson learned. My brain is 18 years old and says "practice golf like you used to play the guitar when you were learning- hours and hours every day!! My body says "fuck you, you're old now asshole". Hahaha.

If I could go back in time and play in any band, it would be Little Water's band. Personally I think he's the greatest blues soloist of all time. IMHO and all that.
