Thanks to Rig-Talk for allowing us to have our own Valhalla sub-forum! It’s an honor for us to be able to post here and we will try to make it the best experience possible!

I’m going to start, as the first Valhalla thread, a very brief explanation of our Jotunn series of amps, which are a Class A/B, high grade PCB line.
The Jotunn Series consists of three basic amps, the Jotunn 20(20 watts in a head or 1x12 combo format), Jotunn 50(50 watts head) and Jotunn 100(100 watts head).
Here is a brief explanation of what they are, with more details of each single model to follow on another post:

-The Jotunn 20 uses two EL-84 for power tubes, putting out 20 or 6 watts(Hi and Lo power switch) and four 12AX7 tubes for preamp. Two foot switchable channels, with independent Gain and Volume controls and three modes(channel 1 has Clean and Overdrive modes and channel 2 is the High Gain mode). The highly efficient EQ consists of Bass/Mid/Treble/Presence and it’s shared by both channels. It also has an all tube, series effects loop(instrument level), for those who like their Modulation and Delays post gain.

-The Jotunn 50 uses two EL-34 for power tubes, putting out 50 or 20 watts(Hi and Lo power switch) and four 12AX7 tubes for preamp. Two foot switchable channels with independent Gain and Volume controls and five modes(channel 1 has Clean, Overdrive and Overdrive + Boost modes and channel 2 has the Overdrive and Overdrive + Boost modes). The extra, and foot switchable “Boost” feature(not found on the Jotunn 20), can be used with the Overdrive mode on either channel 1 or 2, and pushes the Overdrive into a High Gain mode. The boost gain is a factory preset and non adjustable. The highly efficient EQ consists of Bass/Mid/Treble/Presence and it’s shared by both channels. It also has an all tube, series effects loop(instrument level), for those who like their Modulation and Delays post gain.

-The Jotunn 100 uses four EL-34 for power tubes, putting out 100 or 30 watts(Hi and Lo power switch) and four 12AX7 tubes for preamp.

I will be posting more info regarding each single model, like more features and sounds, on other threads.
For now, I’ll leave you with a video created by Kris Richards, showing a bit of what the Jotunn 100 head is capable of and a few pictures of the Jotunn 100 head.
Thanks for checking it out and keep on rockin!
