I'm actually really excited about this thrash project. I think I'm going to come out of this project with a MUCH better right hand too. I've been practicing all that fast rhythm picking stuff and finally learning about a light touch with the right hand. By golly, I think I'm on to something!

Urgh... I have a graphic that I vowed to NEVER post on the Internet, but it's the only picture of me where I have big hair and even some garbage on my eyes... I was forced at gunpoint to do this and quite frankly, the whole thing is funny including the costumes. Mark Cameron will remember this band as it's where I met him back in the mid-80's. Hmmm... not sure I have the nads to post it.

San Dimas Charvel and vintage Orange cabs at the Troubador in Hollywood. Still have the guitar and the cabs.

Notice the amp cover over my rack hiding the Furman PQ-3 and Lexicon PCM-41 and....... a mic on each cabinet! BAck in those days sound guys were so jaded and would not mic both cabs if you were "just" trying to get a stereo effect. I figured out if I lied to them and said one cab is for cleans one is for dirty I would get two mics, 2 channels and some Lexicon chorus hugeness through the house PA!

Cool stuff, Curt! Wish you would have made it out to LA a few years earlier. We prolly would have played some shows together...
