the jerkoff supreme court upholds birthright citizenship. wuuuut bullshit

FYI - Ben Franklin worked for the British Crown for over two decades. From 1753 until 1774, he served as the Deputy Postmaster General for North America, a paid royal appointment. He was also an overseas agent in London representing the colonial assemblies of Pennsylvania, Georgia, New Jersey, and Massachusetts before being fired for his pro-American actions.

As YOU know this country wouldn't exist if it weren't for a British KIng.

Washington and his crew were a militia and 33% of the country only were on his side at the time. There was nothing noble about them whatsoever.
History is not written as it actually happened and glorifies revolt and theft to suit a controlling narrative.

They none the less went ahead and revolted and stole from the British crown and at the end of the day citizens still paid tax but to different people. So, everything remained the same for them, still governed and paying a local body.

If you want to believe different go for it.

He wasn't fired.
Ole Ben went to England after the declaration was signed trying to reconcile the differences.
which is a bit contrictory b/c he edited TJs drafts of the Declaration

after a few years in the UK he was brought upon Parlement and censured.
after they chastised him and totally humiliated him. At that point a patriot was born.
He was only in Amurihka for the first year or so of the revolutionary conflict

after he left England he went to Paris to gain the Frenchies support

during this time his only son was elected to Governor of NJ as a Loyalist. They never spoke again.
The Son went to jail for some shit that i cant remember and Ben had the influence to free him. He didn't

He obviously can't tell the difference between interpretation of the original context and completely changing the meaning to suit whims.
"Living document" implies the core substance can be changed as needed to fit the current agenda.
It actually can you ignorant clueless blinkered dimwit.

Amendments result in additions AND changes to core substance. That's WHY they're amendments and not labeled additions only.

How fucking stupid can you be.

You really are that dense aren't you?

Amendments to the constitution go through the process of being proposed through a 2/3 majority vote by the House and Senate, then ratified by a 3/4 majority of state legislatures.
JTK is talking about changing the entire meaning of an Amendment that is already in place to suit an agenda. - This whole "Living Document" nonsense made up term as applied to the constitution.
Two vastly different things.

You are definitely a shining example of this.
With your sub 41 IQ level how would you actually know.

So, it's another day so let's go for another round of trying...What US state do you currently live in today?

I am NOT questioning the process of alterations or creation of amendments or can't you read and comprehend what I wrote?

Do you always argue because your pants are too tight or you're having a bad hair day...which is it?

I didn't think you were arguing the process of adopting new amendments to the constitution. Your statements appeared to be equating that process to changing the meaning of a Constitutional Amendment. This is what my response to @Findthetone1 was addressing; changing the meaning, not adding new Amendments. You either didn't understand that or were purposely moving the goalposts.... Which is it?

Look, neither one of you 2 twats have given ONE fucking REALISTIC example of what creating mandatory training for firearms owners would accomplish in relation to current problems involving them. Maybe work on that.

I was making your pants even tighter and giving you a 'needed' comb over. (y)

How's that?

If people were given mandatory training that time could also be used to evaluate the candidate's social attitude and intelligence level.

Obviously NOT perfect but better than what we have today.

How's that from a twat?

Typically unrealistic, as usual. WHO would make that evaluation and decision? And, again I ask, WHAT would that change?

If anything this shows your inability to follow a conversation and form coherent thoughts. Also shows how when you're unable to present a rebuttal you deflect and/or move goalposts. So as usual you fall back on lashing out with rather poor insults.

Based on your flawed logic a child would be allowed to have a loaded gun and its parents wouldn't be allowed to evaluate...of course we see that as ridiculous.

So, why would you allow an adult whack job and people hating person a loaded gun to roam free around the streets?

Are you THAT contrary not to see the benefit to all of society.

You're absolutely correct. I have no education and my IQ score is around 9.5.
