the jerkoff supreme court upholds birthright citizenship. wuuuut bullshit

Another retarded argument. If they fucking meant it to mirror the Magna Carta they would have just used the Magna Carta. Or more likely they would have just said fuck it and went back to England.

You get that bullshit from the same place you got the bit about the Minsk accords ?
Now you're being 100% ignorant.

To denounce and sweep aside the above has you being obstinate and in total denial.

Whether you like it or not this country was founded by a British King and at the time the people and leaders here were still mostly English guided as the UK was the world super power.

Keep arguing it and you'll look more ignorant.

Jesus Christ dude. You think the same guys who led the revolution were guided by the people they revolted against and you are calling me ignorant. :ROFLMAO:

FYI - Ben Franklin worked for the British Crown for over two decades. From 1753 until 1774, he served as the Deputy Postmaster General for North America, a paid royal appointment. He was also an overseas agent in London representing the colonial assemblies of Pennsylvania, Georgia, New Jersey, and Massachusetts before being fired for his pro-American actions.

As YOU know this country wouldn't exist if it weren't for a British KIng.

Washington and his crew were a militia and 33% of the country only were on his side at the time. There was nothing noble about them whatsoever.
History is not written as it actually happened and glorifies revolt and theft to suit a controlling narrative.

They none the less went ahead and revolted and stole from the British crown and at the end of the day citizens still paid tax but to different people. So, everything remained the same for them, still governed and paying a local body.

If you want to believe different go for it.

Not a single fucking thing you said equates to the US constitution mirroring the magna carta. You're pulling shit out of your ass.
Read The Federalist Papers for fuck sake.

In order to form a more perfect union, blah, blah, blah. We hold these truths to be self evident blah, blah, blah.

Ring any bells ?
Read above and weep.

We stole everything which DOES include the Magna Carta and it's intent.

You need to immerse yourself back in that time and the British processes and influence that were thick and strong back then.

Do you honestly believe we magically came up with everything out of thin air. People back then were also suiting themselves with a spin as they do today.

They got a lot of it from the french philosophers too. That doesn't mean they intended the constitution to be the same thing they just fucking revolted against. Where else do people get ideas from besides the shit they see and know. God damn you are obtuse. Drawing conclusions from your ass and frankly dude you aren't smart enough for that. The protocol to change the constitution completely dispels the stupid fucking liberal argument about a living breathing document. Not only that, they fucking pointed out they were doing that and why in correspondence over and over.

Did I not say to you believe what you want and I'll believe what I want.

Pretty simple and fair...why the problem at your end.

You are definitely wrong. And cannons are and always have been legal to own.

Speaking of fallacy, apply the retarded "Muskets only" approach to the 1st amendment. It's just more anti-gun made up bullshit disputed by reams of correspondence from the actual authors and signers of the document.
You're right. I was wrong. Mind you I was thinking of this kind of thing...

Not this kind of thing

So, where can I pick up one of these? (jk) I just sold a couple guitars and have some spare cash.

If you can afford it you can legally purchase almost anything. Including cannons and motorized Gatling guns. If you are mechanically inclined you can build that shit easily enough. Legally.

A friendly piece of advice since I like you. Prior to engaging people in arguments it's usually a good idea to research the claims you are about to make. Especially if it's an argument with someone who has extensive, first hand knowledge of the topic.

Hey, I was wrong and I admitted it. *shrug* And I'll be wrong again.

What I won't do is double down on it.

You think you're rebutting me. You're actually agreeing with me. Like I said, "living document" because no one knows what arms meant and what it would come to mean. It was written open ended because (I repeat myself because you don't seem to be able to absorb or understand) LIVING FUCKING DOCUMENT. Meant to be updated and changed as needed.

How fucking hard is that to under-fucking-stand?!?!?

Don't reply until you can absorb that simple fucking concept. Jesus H Chainsaw Juggling Christ.
Is this supposed to be some half-ass libtard attempt at a Jedi mind trick? :hys: :hys: :hys: :hys: :hys:
What a fucking clown you are 🤡🤡🤡🤡

He obviously can't tell the difference between interpretation of the original context and completely changing the meaning to suit whims.
"Living document" implies the core substance can be changed as needed to fit the current agenda.

Exactly. He also doesn't understand that just because infringement has occurred, that is not license for further infringement. Enough is enough.
