The real cost of defaming people

All I know is if they ever figure out how to regrow the fossilized resin DNA, I'm ALL about a mini woolly mammoth for a pet.

I agree with the sentiment, however I can’t help but point out that Woolly Mammoths weren’t dinosaurs.

I’m down for breeding them so I can get more tusk buffer picks

That’s not justice homey. Same laws same penalties for everyone.

You're thinking about this all wrong, homey. Let me explain.

Rudy IS HIGH PROFILE, when he makes a defamatory remark or claim IT REACHES WAY WAY WAY farther than your typical American could make it reach.

If I were to defame you on this site, your damage would be tiny, or non-existent. However if Rudy defames you on Fox news you WILL SUFFER MASSIVELY FAR AND WIDE.

Your potential for many things in life are now drastically diminished, and tainted. Not to mention the death threats, having to relocate, etc..

I don't disagree with any of this. But what were those ladies annual incomes and how much were they reduced as a result of the statements, along with future earnings and "Emotional pain" or whatever. 150M is a lot of money. 150K maybe. Am I missing something?

You didn't watch the Childs video yet? Also, while I generally agree with your sentiments I think they tightened the celebrity net in the past couple decades. Member vs Not Member. This way they can have evil dirt on them to control them with. A few companies controls who gets the big spins and can put whatever talented face they want up there. They have the payola money and the connections. I think in times past it was more of a management thing, the establishment funded the counter culture, but now it's a "360 deal" on household name artists. Image and likeness. Those who deviate from the predetermined flight path are suicided or overdosed or kicked to the curb over some offense in the media and dumped on their head because $$$. That alone is pretty satanic if you ask me.
I've watched more of it. It's interesting and a little creepy. Certainly there is more going on than mere coincidence, even if some of the celebrity's are just copying fads and not invested. I don't doubt either that there exist world power secret societies or even that freemasonry is actually a hidden satanic cult. But unless you're a christian or a supernatural satanist, I don't think it is that compelling.

A few points. 1) As the presenter mentioned, folks could be involved and not really aware of what they're involved in. 2) He tries to mash together many different philosophies, belief systems, power groups, etc. into the christian good/evil, God/Satan worldview. Don't christians think Buddhism is satanic, or really any belief system that isn't christian for that matter? 3) ...So how is a Buddhist any less satanic or concerning than a "satanic" freemason?

I've joked with you about being Luciferian, and I do align in many ways (Even agreeing with some of what he portrays as freemasons beliefs). But in an allegorical sense — because I don't think Jesus or Satan literally exist. I could be wrong, but I haven't seen enough evidence to believe it, or experienced them on a personal level. Not trying to start a religious argument here, just giving my honest thoughts on it. So for me I'd like to know more about WTF is going on with the power brokers in the world, but I can't conceive of anything more apocalyptic than mans general greed, stupidity, need for spiritual meaning and the various conspiracies that arise from all that. Still haven’t finished it though.

Who knows, what is a reasonable potential for anyone? Anyone could one day step outside the box, and create a very successful business that pulls in over 150M a year ?‍♀️

When you say 150k you're basically saying they're nothing, and will never become anything so they don't deserve much from having the possibility of becoming something removed, or severely damaged.

BTW Fuck Rudy, it's disgusting what he has done. Cases that he has previously worked on really should be re evaluated, could be innocent people rotting in jail because of how dishonest he is.

Courts (Real courts) do this all the time.

That’s not what I’m saying. I’m saying be realistic. Did they lose their jobs as a direct result of what he said? How much were they making? Could they not find another job? Were they diagnosed with PTSD, need meds, therapy? These are real questions with real answers. You can’t just say “I hate Rudy so let’s blast him!” …that’s not Justice.

What aspect is most compelling to you?
Well, I've studying this stuff for 25 years, so much of the early content (first 2~3 hours of his video) I'm just nodding in agreement with what he's saying, but at some point (wish I could give you a time stamp) he goes, "I'm gonna tell you what is really going on ."

That part (probably the last 90 minutes) was the best part for me.

I don't know all the details, bro. Also like you said courts do it all the time, so I must assume it was done. ?‍♀️

And fuck Rudy :ROFLMAO:

Wouldn’t be so sure about that. These are courts that upheld guliani’s prosecutions after all, right? Do you have these concerns about Kamala’s career too?

I’m sure our liberal friends will ignore the following:

Wonder how much is owed to Donald Trump from CNN for the Russian collusion hoax and charges of racism which destroyed his reputation and crippled his presidency?

How much does CNN owe the Covington Catholic school kids they falsely accused of racism and ruined their lives?

How much does CNN owe George Zimmerman for falsely accusing him of racism and murdering that thug kid?

How much does CNN owe Daren Wilson for falsely accusing him of racism and murdering Michael Brown with his hands up?

How much does CNN owe Kyle Rittenhouse for falsely accusing him or racism and murdering the 2 men that attacked him?

How much does CNN owe the Duke lacrosse team whom they falsely accused of racism and rape destroying those students lives?

How much does CNN owe the American people for stoking racial tensions which resulted in lives lost, communities destroyed and billions in damages over their lies about George Floyd?

It's a long watch, but worth it.

Like I said before, it took me about a week to get through it, 20~30 minutes at a time.
Yep, watched the whole thing several times. Tried to get others to watch but nobody I knew could keep interest for 5 hours. Lol!

I actually don't like Guilliani or Trump... but what I object to is differential judgements against people according to how much the court thinks they have. That's a very leftwing wing concept.... ie. if you're rich you get slugged more... That's just plain wrong and socialist. There is no way the court would award $150m defamation damages against Joe Blow because they know Joe Blow can't pay it. So instead they act like f'n Robin Hood. It's disgusting and I find that more offensive than even what Giuliani did. I said it before the US is a madhouse.

How about how they are pursuing Julian Assange for being a traitor... now you can say whatever you like about that bastard but he's not even from the US... so how can he be a traitor. Again - the US are brainless twits. He wasn't even on US soil as far as I know... The US has gone off the deep end. They are one article short of a constitution these days lol
