Hey guys! Made a thread about this a few weeks ago, but she is finally here so I figured I would take some more pics and post up my initial thoughts...
First off, I can say without hesitancy that this is one of the best guitars I had ever played... I have an issue saying "best" because I have played some awesome guitars, the top being my personal PRS, and a BFR JP6... it's hard to be better than those... but I have no problem saying this guitar is just as good... they somehow managed to get the action laughably low, but there is no string buzz, bending isn't an issue at all, no dead spots... nothing, it's crazy... normally there is some type of sacrifice for incredibly low action, not the case here at all...
I love the contrast in the woods, my favorite part aesthetically of the guitar is where the neck joins the body in between the neck and top horn, just the way all the wood joins and contrasts is absolutely gorgeous to me...
If I have one thing I have to gush about other than the guitars looks and playability... it's the pickups... I went with a calibrated set of Nailbombs... they are unlike ANYTHING that I have ever played before, they are SO articulate, have this midrange grind to them, and a clarity that I just have really never experienced before, and I can't get enough of them... goes without saying the clean tones are incredible as well, they seem to be less output then I am used to, which would make sense as to why I am digging the clarity and definition...
There really isn't a whole lot to say at this point that won't sound like more gushing... I couldn't be any happier, period...
Here's some more pics!
