Think i pinned down Ltd Ec-1000. Now JB, Fluence or EMG?

EC1000s are great, but why even change the 81s if those are the pickup options you have in mind

I wanted to like Fishmans. The fact that they have three modes to choose between makes them seem versatile and useful. But to my ear, EMG’s just sound better.

Plus the battery in an EMG lasts like 10 times longer that one in a Fishman.

EMGs have endured as some of the best for decades, countless pro players have toured with them all over the world. They are part of the landscape of guitar.

Remains to be seen what happens to Fishmans. I don't feel 'em.
