Can't beat down on someone because they love guitars but their job gives them lots of money but not enough time to practice! If i was musically useless and had plenty of cash I'd still buy guitars and amps, if only to look at, as they're a thing of beauty and craftsmanship. Beats antique furniture any day of the week! 
Mind you if i figured i needed that many amps I'd buy a modelling amp as thats too much re-wiring to find the right sound! LOL
