Thomann Sues Fender on Behalf of "Everyone"

Um yeah it is.....

Fender gets what it wants in either case and yes it is essentially a win for Fender if and most probably and in higher likelihood a settlement is reached.

So they don't lose or "win" but reach a settlement which is essentially the same as a win in this case for Fender.
Will you just shut the hell up you damned fucking idiot. Winning a case and a settlement are not the same thing. One is being awarded a verdict by trial and the other is a compromise between two parties outside of court.

And a settlement is not "essentially winning". If that were true then your lower than average IQ would "essentially" classify you as a clinical retard.

I was going to be nice and not post this, but you had to go and run your damned fool mouth again pretending you're an expert and acting like a dumbass.
This video describes you exactly...

IDK, it's not just Chinese; European and other companies are paying mostly Asian factories to make these knockoff copies of Fender's original Strat designs... they also make knockoff copies of Teles, offsets, and other Fender designs

Just because something wrong has been allowed for decades doesn't mean it can't be corrected. The original US Constitution made things legal that were later amended to be illegal; at least a few times, and sometimes made legal again.
They are in cahoots pretty much, it's fairly obvious but yes I mean someone has to say it. These "Chinese" or South East Asian factories may as well be European factories making cheap, copies of strats or in their likeness.....

This and well Boutique guys can make their own designs and stop riding off the back of Fender as well and could afford to change the likeness of their designs by 10% or so, if they are so damn good what's the big deal :dunno:

Who gives a fuck..... And what the hell are you talking about 😂

Fender would essentially get what it wants just the same in a settlement and essentially a win for Fender. A settlement in this way is better too because it applies to everyone as it is on "behalf of everyone" and would be better than a win in court in that sense as it would apply to everyone.

It's a win win for Fender however you look at it :dunno:

Oh my goodness gracious. I haven’t checked back in on this thread for several pages now. Is it still RSM vs. everyone else?

Okay then Corky. Explain exactly how a settlement solely between Fender and Thomann would be legally enforced on all the other companies that produce/sell Stratocaster copies.

And "behalf of everyone" does not mean the other companies are involved as plaintiffs. Thomann said that meaning in spirit. Thomann is the sole plaintiff in the case. Any legal agreements would be between Fender and Thomann.

As said its on "behalf of everyone" and in either case...... No pun intended 😂

It's a win win for Fender especially in a settlement *_*

Alright then legal beagle... Without just putting behalf of everyone in quotes explain exactly how a settlement between Thomann and Fender would be legally applied to and enforced upon third parties not involved in the case and how it would be a win for Fender.

For your reference...

Well Fender in this settlement would get what it wants in either case 😂

Win win for Fender baby 😎

In his mind, a certain country made a huge, resounding victory over another country very recently. "No written capitulation = win-win, baby!"🤣🤏
Fender is liberating Europe......

From 1:1 copies/clones of Strats *_*
