Hey all, to make a long story short - I had a 16 ohm cab that turned out to have some faulty wiring (read as less than 16 ohms on the meter) which caused me to fry the transformers in my amp. Pretty ridiculous, sad, and pathetic I know. But I did a little bit of research, and it seemed like people here did not recommend Weber's transformers even for their in-house amps. But it seemed like many other brands' transformers might not fit the chassis on a Weber kit. So I'm looking for suggestions on what would be a good replacement before I take it to a tech.
The amp I have was put together whenever Weber still had a custom amp shop back in the early 2010s. I'd really like to get this amp going again, as it sounded great.
