Quick clip with the room mics cranked up because it makes my playing sound more interesting. Reamping some others now from better players, vid tomorrow - mostly to make @thegame feel loved.

what a cool amp.

something about a really good cranked 45, backing off the gtr vol to that uniquely rich glassy edge of clean and then having enough left in the tank for blues leads,
i love!

sounds amazing, even with the angle speakers mic'd, thats when you know its special :D
Inside joke? All other things equal I lean towards the upper speakers - further from the floor!

Yeah super responsive to volume riding, really makes for dynamic playing.

pretty sure that’s my old SRGX.
cracking amp, amazing under the fingers.
That it is.

we had a member very recently say the reason an amp sounded less than stellar in a demo was due to mic'ing the angled speaker, and that only complete noobs would do such a rookie move. As a frequent angled speaker mic'er myself, unaware this was a rookie noob move, i was hurt and offended :ROFLMAO:

Being hurt and offended by an online post? I must try it, seems like a popular pastime these days!

holy fuck that les paul is perfect with it. incredible
When I play that axe, it sounds just ok. When young Ryan does, it absolutely sings and stings through any amp. Half my age, twice the tone... most strange.

Fluctuations in line voltage, different atmospheric conditions? A real mystery.

the only thing missing from your vids is a weather station in the background clearly showing the humidity, barometric pressure and the direction of the wind for tonal analysis ⛅🌪️

Damn, that sounds perfect. I mean damn, I love me some Zep, and have heard that tune so many times I can listen to it in my head. Great playing, and again freaking perfect tone.

That's a fantastic addition to the tool set!!! Wow! Congratulations on those goodies!
