I have a plethora of new and old stock pre and power tubes, and my one amp tech in town just packed up and left. I need a tube tester and a bias meter so I don’t have to do the guessing game, any recommendations?

All the old Hickok et al units from the 1950s-1960s are trash. They all need to be serviced and calibrated, and still only measure 1 tube at a time.
You can also build your own if you're handy.
Beware those cheap, consumer-oriented testers. I've heard they can be unreliable (see the video below). If you can't take your tubes to a place to have them tested/matched, maybe consider shipping them to someone who can, or invest in a proper bit of kit if you'd rather do it yourself.
