The ads are so damn excessive and 90% of them are shitty gambling casino ads. The average adult today must be no different than a child if flashing colors, stupid over the top animation and obnoxious noises make you want to download their gay little app.

I don't mind Tubi; it's a good resource for B movies.

Also, the ads might be ass but at least they're kept to a minimum... and it's "free".

I get upwards of 7 ads straight multiple times while watching a 44 minute episode of a tv show. And the casino ads are straight predatory if you ask me. Just saw one with a woman crying because she won $900 lol.

I have low tolerance for ads. I mean the show I’m watching isn’t all that great so I’m not sure why I’m torturing myself lol.

Yikes!

It must've changed since I last watched a flick on Tubi.

For years I got maybe 2 ads an hour. If it's indeed what you say it is now, I'm out too.

Yep, it apparently has changed a lot over time. I’ve only been using it fairly recently so I guess I missed out on the better days.

May just use it for looney tunes from here on out and nothing more.

You might be better-off watching the Warner Bros channel on YouTube.

There's a huge number of "collection" videos that usually feature an hour of, say, Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, Daffy Duck, Foghorn Leghorn or whomever. If you like a particular character, it's the way to go IMHO.

Also, if you have SmartTube you can watch it all ad-free.

Ah cool, did not know that. Thanks! I’ll look into smartTube. I usually only watch a show on TV for a bit before I start to wind down or spending time with the lady. Rarely watch anything on my PC other than maybe a twitch stream. But the ads would definitely be less of a problem on the PC however I do like to lay down and lazily watch TV lol.

Exactly.

Whilst you can apparently install it on other devices, the TV is the prime candidate IMHO.

You wouldn't believe the hundreds (yeah, that many) of customisation options and features it offers, and all for-free. The YouTube app on my Bravia TV, by-comparison, is pathetic.

Don't find the ads as bad as others.

Lots of shitty unheard of movies on most of the free apps. Sometimes i can't make it 10 minutes.

Then lets say i want to watch a 25yo named movie like Shindlers List you have to pay. Who the fuck is going to pay for an old movie

Even for the Irishman they want you to pay and that's like 7 yrs old already

Wtf. If im forced to pay for an old movie
One day im just going to spring for Netflix basic membership

I think so.

I love me a good shark movie BTW. Jaws (the original) is one of my all-time-fave flicks.
