Great you just made me realise a lame element of the future. Like the rock stars of the 80s with their drug and redemption biographies, we will have the same in the future but lame YouTube influencers telling us they were really on drugs the whole time.

Who said the video needed to be corporate and stale? The video was a train wreck and all over the place with little to be learned because very little was coherently explained. Thankfully, I could hear things and come to my own conclusions without the missing or understandable explanations.

I was referring to YouTube influencer videos in general. Not this particular clip.

Funny, Reinhold talks about the big low end on these amps. I have the EL34 version, and it is the leanest of all the Ubers by far (Blue, Green, TJ etc). The KT88 version would have to have significantly more lows, which is unlikely, to be considered beefy.

Anyone had the two side by side?

The more Reinhold hangs out with Reza, the worse Bogner amps get. There’s the problem.

The footswitches have improved dramatically though for some reason.

Strange that they didn't show Channel 1 Uber mode. It's the best sounding mode in the amp imo.

Does the UU have the Rev Blue tones in it and then some? Or is it a completely different beast? It sounds very different in clips.

I've been really digging your channels rev blue vid lately. If you noticed an upswing in views it's me lol. But the way, make some more. I see many amps in that wall yet to be demo'd.

Even after owning this amp for a good while I learned some more info and settings I need to try. Can't beat a runthrough from the creator himself.

I think that's what they were going for in this video around 12:00.

Completely max the depth and density, lower the pre mids to compensate. Then use the Ü setting under the power section.

I shot out a rev green vs an uber ultra. Own both currently… The ultra definitely is capable of more low end, just depends how you set it.

If you set channel one in uber mode, presence cranked, depth 1 o clock, density like 9/10 not all the way like the manual says… channel treble zero, mids like 1-2 o clock, bass 1 o clock, gain cranked it gets very close to the rev green. Not dead on, but close.

Admittedly in this video I fucked up because I had them dialed in identically. Finished shooting and everything then jammed… realized my mics clipped because I ran the input too hard. Had to reshoot after my ears were already shot. So yeah, mids up a bit more and should do it.

All V30s although working on a 2nd cab to compare soon.

Using a Jackson MJ Dinky with super distortions. Probably going to swap with a black winter set i have.
