train and charon were always his fatty solos imo but also live we’ll burn the sky was epic.

It wasn't too loud. Only one 4x12 with a plexiglass shield in front. He played very well. His right hand is always so relaxed...

He played to tracks for the first half of the show to his solo compositions.

Took a break

Then the full band played The whole virgin killers album. Then some selections from In Trance.

His tone is uniquely his. Always using his controls on the guitars he played. A couple of pedals. He used a Whammy to get some notes in the Violin registers.

Basically, he sounded like himself, but not a parody. He played like the mature master conductor... it was awesome! Glad I was able to meet him again after so many years. Always gracious, humble, kind.
