Powerslave Iron Maiden

My first concert ever, and imo, the last good Maiden album.

I'm a die hard Maiden fan and I know I'll get shot for saying that...

Smashing Pumpkins - Adore. Everyone seems to focus on Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie and look down on Adore because it went for such a different sound. The live versions of Pug and Ava Adore rocked pretty hard, though.

Lots of really obvious stuff listed here. Listen to Starz first record. The most underated badass album off all time. And how can you write a tune like Cherry Baby(violation) and not have a top 10 hit? That band was cursed somehow. Should have been HUGE

Poison idea-Feel the darkness
T.S.O.L-Dance with me/Change today
The Damned-machine gun etiquette
Zodiac Minwarp & the love reaction-High priest of love
Throw rag-Desert shores
The little kings -Head first
The Wldehearts-fishing for luckies
The Dead boys-we've come for your children
D,generation-no lunch
Refused-shape of punk to come
Turbo Negro-Apocalypse Dudes
Backyard Babies-Safety pins & Leopard skins
The Hellacopters-Super Shitty to the max
Zeke-kicked in the teeth

Dream Theater - Falling Into Infinity
Iron Maiden - Dance of Death
Motley Crue - New Tattoo
AC/DC - Stiff Upper Lip
Buddy Guy - Sweet Tea
Jonny Lang - Long Time Coming

Van Halen - Van Halen III (there's some great stuff on there, come on! lol)
The Cars - Heartbeat City
Judas Priest - Turbo
Motley Crue - Theater of Pain
Bon Jovi - 7800 Fahrenheit
Aerosmith - Done With Mirrors
Billy Squier - Signs of Life

there's more but you get the idea...

Quoted for truth!! One of my ABSOLUTE favorites, discovered it way too late in life (second album is great too).

Skid Row.... Subhuman Race. 80's rock meets 90's metal? I'd still rather listen to it than Nickelback!

These popped into mind:

Mötley Crüe's self titled album with Corabi
Warrant - Dog Eat Dog
Don Dokken - Up From the Ashes
Anything by King's X

Waiting For The Punchline - Extreme

Agreed. There's some snoozers on it, but the rock stuff is just on a whole other level.

Anthrax-Sound of White Noise. That album is full of crushing songs from start to finish.
