That's easy..........Nitro said it was an MXR Distortion+, Good Guest said it was a Univox UD-50 fuzz pedal, Robin L said it was an MXR 6 Band EQ on a looper pedal+echoplexes....I wish we could get that brain-trust over here.
At this point pick your poison......................................... and whatever sounds good to your ears that's your magic ticket if it gets you there.
Everything about the amp has been explored and pretty much revealed and put to bed although it's still fun to talk about.
Add in some pulsonic 0014 coned greenbacks and blackback 55Hz 75 HZ speakers, whatever PAF you want 7.5K to 9K, or a MM1400/1300, Duncan Custom....whalla..........enjoy your VH1 tone it's all really a personal preference.
