Good question… I”m honestly not sure how to frame it. You seem to have very rigid opinions of right and wrong that align to your Orthodox views. Other “religious” people do the same, but are focused on a different belief/sect. I don’t support or defend the fringe religions, but how is their desire to take an all or nothing stance to things they hold dear, and I assume is unacceptable to you, any different than you doing the same for Orthodoxy?
So it seems like you're asking me why I think orthodoxy is the truth. The answer I would give is secular historical and archaelogical record, biblical exegesis, and my own personal experiences with orthodoxy and several other denominations. I guess I would start with that.
