I just got my VH2 back from repair, but they sent me 4 tubes wraped in bubble wrap. They look like power tubes maybe, so they may just be my old tubes, but it has me paranoid that they were something I am supposed to install. There are 4 tubes in the back but 5 metal slots up front (no exposed glass), are the tubes under there or did they forget to put the tubes in?
This first picture is not mine but a picture that resembles what mine looks like. Are the 12ax7s inside those cylindars or is that amp missing tubes?
The 2nd two pictures are what I have.
Shops closed until Monday and if the amp is ready to go, I'd love to play it. But want to confirm its all set.
