Victory MKX vs Soldano Astro 20 - Video Demos - You can pick the winner

Probably my two favorite amps at the moment, right up there with my Soldano SLO-30, so since I had them both handy I decided to do a shootout.

I did two separate videos to the same funk fusion backing track and then I did an extra vid of the Victory to a rock backing track.

The Victory MKX has built in reverb, so I ran my Earthquaker Devices Dispatch Master on reverb setting in the loop of the Soldano to even things up.

I feel strange even comparing the Victory to a Soldano, but you be the judge.

I have played two Victorys, the MKX and the Sheriff 25 which I gave to my son-in-law when I bought the MKX.
I offered him my Friedman JEL-20, but he was in love with the Sheriff 25.

There is something about these Victory amps that makes them so fun to play?

Both sound great and would be happy with either but the Soldano is so wow..... Again both great but slight edge to the Soldano.

Thanks for the opinion, I have had the Soldano for a while and the Victory is like the new girl, tough to be objective while in the honeymoon phase.
