I had to look it up, it definitely is GE Smith, dude looks so different. The whole video is a mess. Vinnie is just holding the fretboard not even making chord shapes or in the wrong spots at some spots. GE Smith is picking the bass when you can clearly hear the recording being slapped or finger picked. Such an odd video.
