Pretty cool! I've been stopping myself from getting a Jerry Cantrel signature Wah because I hate having to switch it off and on. I don't like my Bad Horsie very much, but I like the optical switching. The BH doesn't have enough sweep for me, and it really doesn't work under high gain.

This thing seems pretty cool!

It is pretty cool, I have one for my RM-1 and it works pretty much perfect  Well, it's a little different since it attaches to the RM-1 but the same premise.

Nice! May I ask what you paid for it?

I'm not really sure what they go for new, I think around $100 for the pad, I've seen them go on eBay for like $50-70. I bought the RM-1 used (technically but it was still NIB   ) and guy gave me the wah plate with it.

Nice. I'm looking into getting a Effects Loop Controller like that right now. I've been looking at the G-Labs stuff (the Rivera is a rebranded G-Lab). I'd like to keep everything on the floor instead of going with a GCX on a rack, but I can't find anything that has enough loops for what I need.

Yeah the Rivera is a G-lab but last time I checked they were exactly the same price and G-lab was somewhere in Europe so it made more sense for me to go with the Rivera  Either way, good unit

The RM1 is $50 cheaper $299 through Rivera than the G lab version for $350 as far as I have seen on the net..

The only thing is you only get 30 user presets and 4 Loops with the RM1/GSC , unless you purchase the GSC-2 with 100 user presets at $500+

I am not even using the loops in my RM1 yet.. Only reason I bought it was to control my amp channel switching & effects loop with 2 effects units that are midi with a single midi controller..

As far as I have went with the loops is using a single patch cord going out and back in with the volume/buffer control and using it as a volume boost..
A long with the tuner out and mute..

For $3, you can mod your wah with a momentary switch.
Put your foot on the wah, and it's on.
Take your foot off, and it's off.
I should have patented that 20 years ago when I did it to my first Crybaby
