So that was Thursday night. Friday I left for my cabin. 77 degrees was the high that day. At least that's what my suburban told me. So this is my new favorite thing to do. Friday night, I grilled steak, shrimp, green pepper and onion. Shish ka bob style. And rice. I take more than I can eat. Then on Saturday night I cut all that up and throw it in a pot with black beans and water and cook that down with some spices including cumin. I've done this like 10 times now and it is so damn good.
