So has been a little boring around here lately. Mostly due to travel I suppose but also being lazy. So yeah, after a grocery run I was able to make my favorite power salad, denver omelet and doctored pizza
So yeah, lots of green pepper, onion, mushroom, turkey bacon, and cheese for me lately.
But today I made chicken salad for the first time, and I'm pretty damn proud of it
I also added 1 hard boiled egg. Salt and pepper of course. I didn't have any celery and generally don't care for it anyway so I substituted with cucumber. I looked up some recipes and also watched a few YT vids. I'm glad I did for this one big tip. It is a tip I do anyway. Mixing liquid stuff and spices together first so it is mixed well. Most of the videos I saw people were just throwing chicken and celery into a bowl and dumping mayo and spices on top. I usually add my wet stuff and spices together first. I went a bit overboard as you can see based on all the ingredients there.
