Well sure, but that doesn't really address what I said, that those units would be boat anchors if those same companies would have made better-in-every-way versions of them. Whether they were able to or not is really besides the point. If they did, the previous versions would be inferior and their value would plummet. That's exactly what Fractal has done with every release and the reason their previous products decline in value, not because "the people who buy them secretly don't like them but say they do for clout because they're rich and can't be seen without the latest, greatest, shiniest toys" like you said above.
Personally I totally loved my Axe-Fx II when I had one, and when the Axe-Fx III came out I dumped the II as fast as I possibly could because I knew the Axe-Fx III was going to be better in every way (and it was) and I wanted in on that, hah. I also think if Fractal disappeared from the face of the earth today, the Axe-Fx III would get top dollar for decades.
Anyway I think I've gone too far off topic lol. That's enough from me about this for now.
