OK folks, that was definitely a "nexus of unlikely circumstances".

Steve was havin' a laugh but didn't say anything on the board, in the mod lobby or to me privately, so I assumed it was Nicko, who hadn't engaged in the mod lobby and therefore didn't know about our policy. He didn't know about the mod lobby, as we now know. What're the odds? As I said, an unlikely nexus.

I 100% endorse Steve's stealth move. Very-funny in retrospect, even if it made me look like a monkey. Then again, I ass-u-me'd, so I made a monkey out of Nicko and me. Mainly me of course.
