OK folks, that was definitely a "nexus of unlikely circumstances".

Steve was havin' a laugh but didn't say anything on the board, in the mod lobby or to me privately, so I assumed it was Nicko.

I 100% endorse Steve's stealth move. Very-funny in retrospect, even if it made me look like a monkey. Then again, I ass-u-me'd, so I made a monkey out of Nicko and me. Mainly me of course.
