I know alot of guys have multiple amps here.
You know I have went thru a ton of amps as well.
Now.....what one SINGLE amp would remain in your gear if you had to choose.
No EXCEPTIONS on this one! :gethim:

the last amp remaining in your gear pile.

For me?
My Diezel VH4S.....it rocks my world!

..........and go!

I only own one amp right now (not by choice, it's just how it turned out)

of all the amps i've owned. surprisingly the only one i really truly miss is my AC-15. although AOR is high up there to. that was a rockin' amp the AOR.

out of the amps I've played. the Splawn QR is my dream amp and honestly could do me good for a long long time

I'm unfortunately at the point where I may need to make that very decision....between these two...

As much as it would so very much pain me to let it go - I'm pretty sure the Aiken Intruder will need to move and the Carol Ann stays. The Carol Ann freaking kills at everything it does.

  :aww:  oh well....

my decision has already been made, months ago.
If I had to sell off all my other gear and never buy another amp, it'd be my little $200 Peavey Triumph.
It just is THAT tone, to me.

Even though i sold it. My mark III. But I got a mark IV, and its pretty close in sound-quality. I haven't really played an amp that I have shit myself over yet, the mark III/Iv have made me happy though. I really want to sell it and get a baron though...

My Ceriatone plexi with Mercury transformers and sozo caps. For me that amp just has the tone. Records awesome and reacts to my playing just how it seems an amp should.

Up until this Diezel...
It would of Been my Red Stripe Mark III head.
That thing was a RIPPER!!

My Rivera Knucklehead Reverb. Sounds great and it's incredibly versatile. Longest I've owned an amp, too

Like picking what Child you have to give away... :D

dude, the way this week has gone - if I thought I could get away with it I might sell one or both of my children in order to keep the Aiken   Heck, I've had it longer than my youngest....

I am actually happier with one amp these days.
Can focus more on playing and having fun instead of Gear Whoring! :D

I have managed to get down to one amp, almost by accident, a Peavey Prowler. The main reason is that I can't seem to find the "one". The Prowler has nice cleans and takes pedals well, so I'm running a Dirty Bomb into it for high gain stuff. It's really a pretty good option, grab and go sort of thing.

I'm getting into building/modding so I'm putting off buying a head until I get that underway, in part to help fund things and in part because I'm confident that once I start I'll want to just built my "one".

its between my herbert or markv, but because of variety ill go with the mark v, though i like herbert better

Marshall JTM45.

I wouldn't show up to a gig or recording session without it.

I need a backup. The JCM800 is cool, but I need another JTM45.
