I see them as missionaries for the church of leftwing extremism.

I get some of that, because I believe that the “benefit” of the stories is not that the kids are necessarily learning “inclusion” and “equality” and all that. I think kids just like to hear stories and see people dress up. On the same token, I also don’t believe any kids are leaving confused or questioning their sexuality. They were just happy to have a story read to them.
So I do think that part of it is just a bunch of douchey hand wringing and an excuse for parents to brag how “progressive” they are, but also don’t really care because the kids are leaving with a positive experience.

You could expand it out to their being a “push” for the queer lifestyle to be accepted, and you would be right. Sometimes it’s annoying, but I do think it’s a good thing because from where I stand, they are equals to me. And at the end of the day, I don’t believe any children are suffering because of it

I think they are doing something beneficial. They are reading and performing for them. I see no difference between a man or woman doing that. Or a lesbian or a dude dressed as a women. It really doesn’t make a difference to me.
If the same people had story hours for kids, but dressed in jeans and T-shirts instead of a dress would you object?
What if those men were bald, heavily tattooed and pierced and wearing swastika t-shirts, would YOU object ?

I would object to any intentional swastika logos for sure. I’m cool with all the other stuff though.

That's a double standard Dan. They're just telling kids stories not trying to induct them into the Aryan Brotherhood.

No I don’t think it is. You are comparing a federally classified terrorist organization to a man dressed as a Disney princess

Not exactly. A bald guy with a swastika shirt on isn't automatically part of a terrorist organization any more than a man in a dress is a pedophile, even though the percentage of them that are is triple the rest of the population.

I dunno man. Swastikas are not even allowed in schools regardless of who is wearing them. Most places would expel you for it. It’s a literal symbol of hate. It’s really not comparable.
And I would love to see actual data that a drag queen is more likely to be a pedophile than the rest of the population.

Way to demonstrate your ignorance.

:ROFLMAO: ?

"In the Zoroastrian religion of Persia, the swastika was a symbol of the revolving sun, infinity, or continuing creation. It is one of the most common symbols on Mesopotamian coins. The icon has been of spiritual significance to Indian religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism."
