Yeah, those rallies were something to behold.

It's come out that was all intentional. The strategy was too stay as low as possible and let the other guy keep grabbing the spotlight.
Each side already had the core base locked up. It was the undecideds that he wanted. And he figured rather than trying to 'win them'
he just let the other guy keep talking in hopes he'd 'lose them'.

It worked.

I've always been a bit of a news hound, but I'm not into politics. I tried to join-in on the festivities, but quickly lost interest. Not because it isn't interesting, but because of the hypocrisy involved. After years of studying occult science, I began to view the left/right paradigm in an unconventional manner. I've always been somewhat unconventional, so this was not a surprise to my peers. I view truth and logic as the ultimate arbiters of reality... thus, politics (and religion) are rendered incompatible with my thinking process. I identify humanity as genetically engineered carbon-based vessels, charged with a supernatural life-force of undetermined origin. I believe our "mission" on this planet is to take care of one another, regardless of physical differences, in whatever manner that is acceptable to the individual.

If it truly worked then they should use the same strategy again. ? Only stupid idiots change a successful strategy. ?

THIS right here folks is how you "deal" with political posts and flame wars and shit shows....you just keep talking to the people you want to about the things you want, and ignore the rest without getting butthurt and start DM'ing mods. This simple call and responding in the middle of a shitstorm.

Thats some proper forum etiquette right there, I love it!

Politics... IMO, you would be better served watching 1970's era roller derby. It's more entertaining, and equally as productive.

1970's era roller derby.

Saturday mornings when I was a kid.
1. Cartoons
2. Creature Double Feature
3. Wrestling and Roller Derby

Have you checked out the show Glow on Netflix?
It's a behind the scenes comedy about 80s female wrestling.

Hilarious and fun to see where the ideas for some of the antics we saw on TV came from.

Plus, I could sit and watch Alison Brie play solitaire and be content.

Best toys of the 60's and 70's...

Remember "Jarts" lawn darts? This idiot purchased a set Jarts for his kids, without educating himself on what they actually were. Instead of taking responsibility for his fuck-up, he blamed the manufacturer for the death of his daughter. Asshole.

Yup. A very good friend growing up is this way with suits. She and her husband would walk through
big stores literally looking for things to trip over or slip on. I blame him. He is/was an electrician
with a small company and was known for ripping people off in little ways.

He wired the custom house of Sully Erna after Godsmack went platinum and by the end of
it Sully was publicly calling the dude out so he could kick his ass!

This is the toy that sticks out from the 60s.
