I want to run something crunchy in stereo with my AC30, which serves as a platform for fuzz and weird sounds. One of my favorite guitarists ran an AC30 and 2203, but maybe there are some other options out there. I want a combo, 50w or less, 1x12 or maybe 2x12. I like simple and not too many features, one channel that goes from good cleans to roaring crunch, nothing crazy. Let's say a hard limit of $1500. I may consider a head of if it's physically small, something like the small headshell 2204, but Marshall prices are often silly when you're actually hunting for them, the deals only seem to pop up when you aren't looking. I want this amp to be plugged straight into for some meat and body, let the AC30 maintain its presence and together give some clarity to my fuzzes.
