Maybe I just don't know how to set latency properly because I am running a Ferrofish and Motu 24Ao. They should be fine. I'll consult google !

It's counterintuitive, but a higher sample rate reduces latency time, so that can help. I always run 96k because that's what I master at. Also reducing your buffer settings if your PC or Mac is fast enough can help. I think anything under 6ms of latency is good for most.
