I want to fit my custom fender strat & tele w/ the same necks- for easy switching back and forth..Soft v,10-14r. neck profile, maple..Fender wont do it,so where can I go?

Tommy from USACG will GLADLY work with me to get the flame that I want, or choose the most resonant wood that he can find for a body. Guys like Tommy actually care about what their customer wants, and this is the probably the biggest reason that he started USACG.
My vote=USACG.
Warmoth does make a good product, and if you see a pre-made neck that you love on their site, then buy it and you will have a good quality neck. For getting exactly what you want, try one of the smaller guys.

It's funny, because Warmoth will swear up and down that they do NOT select wood per customer requests.
But everytime I've ordered something, I've kinda given a brief description of the whole project on the phone, and the wood has come back looking precisely what I envisioned.
Maybe I just got lucky though.

Ive actually had a few tele bodies made by usacg and theyve came out quite well, but never got a neck from them...Sounds like Warmoth has a case of "Fender guitar" syndrome; they just wont make you what you want?...this is what gets me.....just to get a new fender neck for my strat, I have to go thru the fender custom shop and order a WHOLE guitar and start from scratch!.. 
what if Im in love w/ the body and just dont like the neck?.....

I am very happy with my Allparts scalloped neck, not anything fancy in regards to the wood but a great playing neck.
