What's the difference between Randall's Diavlo RD 50 & RD45

I think it was mentioned that there was a change in the power section resulting in a slight change in tone.

Rd50 also has a spring reverb in it. It also has a fan on the back making it a bit annoying for low volume playing.

45 is tubes up. 50 you can switch tube types easily, 45 comes with 6L6 vs. el34s in 50. As stated above, no fan and the 45 is dead quiet. I had fortin modded 50 and still own the 45, I think the 6L6s in the 45 give it a more modern flavor. Both are great amps for the $$.

Tweaks to the preamp and power section. 5 watt "difference" isn't really a difference at all. Only done for UL listing, really. The 45 is LOUD as fuck.
