The guitar comes in around 1:40 but the whole intro has an awesome build.



The beginning riff and at 3:15 Sabbath would be creamin' their pants

I think it's safe to say that whatever is the heaviest, meatiest chord struck in music, Iommi probably had a hand in it :yes:
