that has been on craigslist for months. it doesn't seem like anybody wants it, the price gets lower and lower.
 
I had a '98 Les Paul DC Plus in translucent blue flame. Beautiful guitar, but I never could bond with it. Way too light, the body is chambered all to hell and back, might as well be called a hollowbody, and the stock pickups sounded like crap. The neck was fabulous, though!
 
Try before you buy. They are neckheavy and the last couple of frets are inaccessible due to heal/cutaway

Ya, they were making these when I worked there. There's really no point to 24 frets as you can't get to anything above the 22nd.

On the contrary, the green and blue standard plus from 98 are pretty tough to find and when they do pop up sell pretty quick. I just picked one up myself, great guitars, to each their own
 
Not my cup of tea but it's a steal. My old guitar teacher had one and it was one of the only Gibson guitars I didn't hate.
