Cost wise, I don't think you'll be able to beat the K-Tre' in the used market for a value.

I'm trying to stay around $2,500 or less, and I want to buy new, not used.
Current Amp Candidate List:
Bogner -
Ubershall Twin Jet (maybe too mushy?)
Mako -
Mak 2 with Makoplex or Dorado Pre-amp (not sure which pre-amp to go with)
Peters -
Professional Series Dual Channel with HALO and CHIMERA Pre-amps
Rivera -
K Tré
Anymore suggestions, recommendations, or advice for me?

Between those two, I'd go twin jet, but I may be biased.Crunch Master":2kifis3v said:I've got to say; after doing a lot of research, reading everything and listening to every clip, and seeing every video I could possibly find on these amps, I'm really leaning towards the "Peters Chimera" and the "Bogner Ubershall Twin Jet"!![]()

Crunch Master":3r1ngkqs said:I'm thinking as for high gain, the Twin Jet is the most versatile. You've got channel 1, that can do the classic metal sounds, and I"m sure boosted can do a lot of great metal styles, and then you have channel 2, which will do more modern metal in spades. This ability in and of itself would seem to put the Twin Jet in a class by itself.![]()
