If so I think the Maxon AD-80, Ibanez AD-9, Ibanez AD-80 will do it, not sure about the MXR carbon copy.
For the newer Maxon AD-9 or Ibanez AD-9 you may need to tweak some pots to get there. I think the maxon has them, not sure about the reissue Ibanez AD-9 though.

I have never seen a analog with spill over.
You can do it with any delay with a mixer blending the delay and dry, then cut off single to the front of the delay. That is how spill over is done.
